"The Service that I received at this location was exceptional - great customer service. I will be a loyal customer to this location (Broad Street). I have been a regular All Tune customer at the location on Midlothian Turnpike. My husband was also using this location. The new manager at the Midlothian Turnpike location is extremely rude. I will never go to that location again. Honestly, I was going to stop using All Tune altogether due to the rude attitude of the Manager at Midlothian location. Nick at the Broad Street location was awesome and gave superior customer service and won back my trust!!!"

They take time to answer my questions and are happy to explain why I need a service done, i.e., why it is needed now, or if it would be acceptable to wait if I wanted to do that, would that be good for the car, etc. At times I have actually been shown parts after they've been taken off my car, a dirty air filter for example. I've been going to the shop for two years, since I moved into the area, and I am very happy with it."
